This is not an Open Source license in the sense of the OSI definition. The source code is viewable, but the following rights are restricted.

1. Access

Anyone may read and study the source code in this repository, and run it locally for private learning/evaluation purposes.

2. Use

The compiled software ("Kidge") may be used under the currently applicable beta/license terms, as communicated at the point of distribution (e.g. download from kidge-ki-bridge.com).

3. Not Permitted

Without the prior written consent of Jonas Hayk:

Redistributing the source code or forks thereof, in whole or in part, to third parties (e.g. your own GitHub repository, sharing a download link).
Commercial resale, sublicensing, or offering as your own/a competing product or service (including as a SaaS offering).
Removing or altering copyright/license notices.
Using the name "Kidge" or associated trademarks for your own derivative products.

4. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The author is not liable for damages arising from use of the software (in particular from its direct COM automation of Autodesk Inventor and from AI-generated changes to CAD models) — every design should be independently verified before productive use.

5. Changes to This License

Future versions of Kidge may be released under a different license (e.g. upon introduction of a commercial tier); already-published versions remain under the license in effect at the time of their release.
